This qualification course will give you a basic introduction to the skills and knowledge you need for working in customer service.

Entry Requirements
English and maths at Entry Level 3

You will attend a livestreamed online session with one of our tutors every Thursday and Monday, from 9.30am - 12.30pm, starting 16/09/2021 with a planned end date of 16/12/2021.

This qualification is ideal for you if you have little or no experience of customer service or of the world of work. It is also suitable if you already work in customer service or would like to do so.

The course will give you an introduction to customer service and help you to increase your knowledge and confidence in this.
