This course will give you a basic introduction to the skills and knowledge you need for working in customer service.

Entry Requirements
We recommend you are working at Entry level 3 or above in English and Maths.

Who is the course for?
This qualification is ideal for you if you have little or no experience of customer service or of the world of work. It is also suitable if you already work in customer service or would like to do so.

The course will give you an introduction to customer service and help you to increase your knowledge and confidence in this.
